Keith Arcari, MSPT     Owner and Practice Director

Keith has been working in the healthcare industry since 1995, more specifically as an orthopedic physical therapist since 2000. He graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2000 with a Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy. His injury prevention programs have significantly reduced workplace injuries and created safer, more productive work environments for our clients.

Kelly Mullen, DPT

Kelly graduated with a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of New England in 2018. Since graduating, she has enjoyed working with the young and the “young at heart” in the orthopedic outpatient setting treating chronic aches and pains, acute injuries, post surgical conditions, balance impairments, and more.

Kelly believes the best treatment approach in physical therapy should be individualized and be patient focused- treating the individual as a whole- to best reach their goals.

Remaining active and playing sports are important parts of Kelly’s life. To this day, she was part of the only girls basketball state championship team at Portland High school and holds the school record for total points scored in her career. She continued to play basketball at the collegiate level at UNE, where she was named an All-American. Kelly learned throughout her athletic career the importance of physical therapy and proper rehab, which is what ultimately drove her into this profession.

Kelly has been a life long resident of Portland, in which she currently lives with her husband, Joe, on the family farm along with many cows and sheep!
